The upgrade can be 2 ways, Installing latest version on top of old version or else based on repository db schema.1 person found this helpful
For 2nd option: create a new schema based on existing repository db schema (in your case Infa 861)
ex: create table a as select * from b
the new schema suppose to be same as how query does
once you have it new schema with old repository contents, install Infa9.1 and create repository service with no contents..
Any of these should work with no issues..
Btw: I was not sure about country code with given number in your old post.
