    Upgrad to 11gR2 using DBUA

I've upgraded from Oracle 11g to Oracle 11g I'm trying to run DBUA to perform a database upgrade. When I run DBUA I get the following message:

There is an error in creating the following process:
      /var/databases/oracle/bin/sqlplus -S /NOLOG

      The error is:
      /var/databases/oracle/bin/sqlplus: not found

      I want to know:
1)when I ran DBUA, does the $ORACLE_HOME direct to the 11gR2 home or the old one?
2)the entry in the /etc/oratab is db sid:old oracle home,is it correct?I think there should be the old oracle home, not the new one.
