Adding a column in existing notification - Purchasing r12.1.3

When an approved PR changes(cancellation of one line or quty change), it goes thru the resubmission for approval and then finally it notifies the buyer of the PO Change.
In the notification that contains the PO change to buyer(PORPOCHA workflow) I need to add one column indicationg that if line is cancelled then the column should have value as 'Yes'
How do I make this change and where? Please advise.

You have to customize the workflow process to achieve this.
