select username,schemaname,machine,logon_time from v$session where logon_time >= TO_CHAR(sysdate,'DD-MON-YYYY') order by logon_time;

You need to turn on auditing of logons by ensuring that AUDIT_TRAIL is not set to NONE and then issuing:
AUDIT CREATE SESSION;
You can then find out out who has been logging in by querying your audit trail.
