Rhetorical question ... What country in Europe?

          Ask your sales rep.

            Hello,

            The country is France.

Got a not very clear answer from sales rep. :

"6 power cords for two PDUs, 25 amps at 220/380 - 240/415 VAC 1-phase voltage"

I really need 6 power cords for a quarter RAC ? Do I need to provide the plugs or the outlets ?

            Thanks a lot,
            C.

this is the cord that will be on the exadata machine http://t.co/cHiFaJPLKE. note that there are two pdus each needing 3 phases hence 6 cords that you need to buy 6 corresponding sockets for. As always the best practise is that pdu a and pdu b should be hooked up to two independant power sources... Ther is another three phase option that only requires 2 power connections. You need to choose which connector is best for you depending on your datacentre setup.
Picture are in the orifginal exadata site plannig guide. I expect that the owner's mguide should also have them ... I'll check in a little while and let you know.

                Hi Friend,

We have faced same issue last month.

We understand for a Qtr Rack 4 Sources are sufficient and for Full Rack all 6 are needed.

This is well documented in *"Owners Guide"* Please refer

                Hope it helps..

                Thanks
