I am using Apps R12.1.3 ,during late night hours no. of requests increases abruptly and concurrent manager stop processing requests due to lack in no. of processes.
Do you see any errors in the CM log files?
Have you tried to increase the number of processes or add/create new CMs?

We cannot increase the no. of processes due to excess of server load we are facing nowadays.
This error occurs rarely ,once in a week or within 10days.
There is no error in the manager log.
