You can use Java Callout to read the System Properties.1 person found this helpful
For example your OSB Domain home is in the System Property - domain.home
to be a simple solution, you can add a -Ddomain=osbDomain for the server startup argument or in setDomainEnv and then read this system property in your Java Callout, pass it back to OSB Proxy Service

a custom xpath where we do System.getProperty("weblogic.Name")
sadly I could not find a XQuery API to do that.
