Project structure best practice

I am currently working on a project with will grow to probably 300 webpages, and we are hiring more people to work on ADF.what would be best practice for project structure? just haveing one Mode project and One View and putting everything in subversion? creating lot of AM as required? I like to break our project to more detailed, I know about ADF libraries but they are not very flexible, I would prefer more that one Model and One View project but interconection is a problem? any Idea?

Thanks, one problem I had with ADF library for sharing projects as library is that when want to set some properties in jar file like for exaplme setting dynamic user for AM, I prefer to work with project sources that their JAr file

Oracle ADF Enterprise Application Development — Made Simple By Sten E. Vesterli ISBN 1849681880 Released in June 2011
Which gives some real good advice for setting up projects and teams.
