Unable to set up a Patching Setup section in Enterprise manager 11

Hi folks,

I have a problem with setting up a "Patching Setup" section in Enterprise manager. The problem is with a metalink login details. Is it the same as login details to support.orracle.com based on CSI number?

I have CSI number, I'm registered in support.oracle.com but don't have a metalink details. How can I get them, or how to set up that section correctly?
