Does Oracle release patch to fix bugs for JDeveloper? I am using JDeveloper 126.96.36.199. I encountered few issues. For e.g.

when I created a web service adapter to consume a web service. This works fine in JDeveloper 188.8.131.52.
You would need to log an SR with Oracle support https://support.oracle.com/ , needless to say you would need valid support contract with Oracle too.
Why cnt you migrate to 184.108.40.206 though since its the latest release ?
