go to edit promt and click pencil symbol there u will get oone window and click on Fx symbol ,it will show u the formula editor here you need to write the above formuls suggested by Anita..
for Ibots..create one Request using the filter to get values week - 1 records (201302) and make this Reports as conditinal Request in Ibot..
So, ur requirement is delivering last week records alone through iBot right!!!
The workaround is to be done in report.
1.create your report with the required columns.
2. apply filter in your report following these steps.
i)To apply filter ctrl + click any column, it will pop up create\edit filter
ii)At the bottom there is advanced -> convert this filter to sql
((year("Status Date")*100)+WEEK_OF_YEAR("Status Date")) is equal to ((year(current_date)*100)+WEEK_OF_YEAR(current_date")) - 1
//status date is the date to which the filter is to be applied
now it will show previous week records alone.
3. Now create iBot as usual.
If you are not clear or my answer is not relevant feel free asking me.
If you want the count of records, then create a new logical column in BMM layer for count(status_date) or count(primary_key) and include in the same report if your report is summary report.
Summary report is nothing but having summarized data, you won't display all the transactions in a particular date. You will have only one row for each status_date.
Detailed report is transactional level report, you will have all transactions per date, so having multiple entries for each date.
So based on the report type use the existing report or create new.
