    Repaired items ship to Customer along with Future Sales order_Any trigger

      Hi Gurus,

      Scenario 1: RMA items received for repair and rejected by ware house for no warranty

      Scenario 2: RMS items received for repair, repaired by respective Dept

      Now above items to be returned to Customer along with future Sales order, is there any Trigger / notification for this scenarios.

      Because if customer wants to ship the repaired product separately they have to incurr freight charges instead of that they will ship the items along with future sales order.

      Please advise.
