Given that Premier support expires for the 11.1.1.x code line in July, 2013, why would you invest the time and effort to move from 126.96.36.199 to 188.8.131.52? Both 184.108.40.206 and 220.127.116.11 support direct upgrades to 18.104.22.168 and given the considerable updates to HFM around custom dimensions, would seem that you would be better off to make that migration.

Thanks for your reply. My customer wants to upgrade to 22.214.171.124 at this point of time. So in proces of collecting all the information related to that.
If I was the customer I would also be really upset if I found that I spent the money to upgrade to a newer release and my implementation partner didn't tell me that it would be out of premier support in July, thus forcing another upgrade cycle onto my organization in a short period of time. Seems to me that would meet the criteria of risk that you noted.
Good luck to you and your customer.
