The Manage Controls panel shows the latest incident count against each control, however when running the Access Issues Detail Extract report for the controls, the number of incidents reported is different to that shown in the control panel.
I have recently tweaked the access points in some of the entitlements and re-run the controls. The incident count in the Manage Controls panel reflects these changes, however the reports do not. Any ideas why this is so?
We're running on v 188.8.131.5232. I wasn't sure if it was something to do with changing the access points in some of the entitlements. I'll try the SR route and see if that sheds any light on it. Thanks for your response.
