Please modified the rule accordingly i.e skip those entity in your rule.
Derived data in HFM is the result of your application design - at the account and scenario level. You cannot simply delete derived data since HFM generates it automatically. If you don't want the derived data, then you must revisit how the application is designed. There have been several threads in this forum regarding the "ZeroView" settings on the scenario dimension which will help you.
Entities don't get disabled in HFM - only Parent.Child relationships get disabled using [Active] in OrgByPeriod applications.
Can you provide more details about the issue?
