HASH_VALUE and PLAN_HASH_VALUE has many different CHILD_NUMBER in v$sql_pl
Jan 24, 2013 3:25 AM
Hello dear gurus!
Re: "Primary key" of V$SQLAREA
I think that unique identification of execution plans of each SQL-staement in v$sql_plan goes true
According Alexander Anokhin
Different cursors with different sql_text can has the same sql_id due to possible hash collisions.
Also HASH_VALUE is single unique attribute of plan ,
then why execution plans with the same HASH_VALUE and PLAN_HASH_VALUE has many different child cursors ?
does it is related on a specific reason why the cursor cannot be shared ?
Thanks and regards,
