Hello, I belive that especially developers want to decide themselves when an application they work with should have the focus or not. Obviously SQL Developer uses code (maybe Windows API calls) that steal focus from other applications. In rare cases you can't even leave SQL Developer because as soon as you try to change to another window, the desktop, etc. SQL Developer takes back the focus. So PLEASE make SQL Developer work as expected which means: If I put it in the background, it has to stay in the background!
