I downloaded V33412-01Oracle Linux Release 6 Update 3 Boot iso image for x86_64 (64 bit)
Just out of curiosity 805445, did you ever get this installed? I've got an older laptop that I'm trying to load with this and am running into the same problem with the Boot disk. I just set it aside for a while but am just now starting to do some research to see how others have run into this issue and gotten past it.
You would think after 20+ years in technology, I'd be able to create a stupid bootable disk with an ISO. It usually ends up being one simple setting that cleans everything up and it then loads perfectly - its just a matter of finding out what that dang setting is.
