Getting CertificateParsingException: java.io.IOException in Java Console

Hello,

I am getting the below error message in Java console when i try to open web based application via IE.

java.security.cert.CertificateParsingException: java.io.IOException: No data available in passed DER encoded value.

The above message is not displayed when i connect a application via Morzilla.

Application server - 11g WLS
DB - oracle 11g
OS - Windows7
Java Version - Java 7

It would be very helpful if some one will reply it ASAP.
