    Hi O.Developer,
Please always provide your tools version. Assuming you are using Reports 10g.
For each dept , i would like to print as below ( for all depts)
First page is - Front Cover page with employee name & Master details
What do you mean by master details ? is it employee name and details ? if yes...
Create one Query with deptno, emp no, name, salry and second query with deptno, employee name and Master details
Link query one and two by deptno
In report Paper Layout you can set them pages where you want. You can scroll down and up.
Take a repeating frame and set property for query one
show dept no from query one and others from query two in another repeating frame
Second Page should start with job name
Under each job - should print all emplyees - emp no, name, salry
go to page two and take another repeating frame and set query one property and show emplyees - emp no, name, salry
Third page shold print back cover page with company logo and information.
go third page and show necessary info that you want.

    Hope this helps..

    Hi Hamid,

Thanks For the reply and sorry for so late response as i had unexpected trip .

    Here is my exact situvations.

Version Oracle 10G Database with Reports 6I,

In Scott Schema I am taking only EMP table.
My query is - Select Empno, ename, job, deptno, sal from emp (Group above - Deptno, JOB)

I need out put like ..

First page only print Departmetn Number - with some text of full page. So the fist page is full.
In second page - First Job - Under job all empno for this job. and another job and their emp no for the same dept.
After this second page, in the next page i need to print total emploee under this dept no. and thier totaly salary.

    To get this,
I made group above report with DEPTNO, JOb as group.
In layout, in extended the main repeating from (DEPTNO) to 27 (one page is 9 - so for three page 2&)
Under Deptno , I made one frame with full page size.
After this frame - repeating frame of Job.. which will print job, emp
And Below this repeating fram i made another frame - whchill will have totaly employees and thier salry and with full text .
When I run the report I am getting error
REP-1814- Report cannot be formated, object horizontaly and vertically can never fit withing 'R_G_JOB'

    -----------------------
I hope i explained in better way and keep trying for the same
My desing page itslef is showing first page, second page(for repeating frame) and third page for dept total summary
