command startserver.sh giving error in DAC 11g

As a part of BIAPPS upgradation(7.9.6.3 to 7.9.6.4), we have upgraded DAC from 10g to 11g in Linux(64 bit). But I run the command startserver.sh, it gives following error.
      [oracle@oracle2go dac]$ sh startserver.sh
      OS detected: Linux
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/siebel/etl/net/QServer

            Hi Narottam,

Did you already solve this problem?
I encounterd the similar problem when I run the "standaloneServerSetupPrompt.sh".

            Best Regards,
            Takashi
