      Hi,

I tried running cmclean.sql, autoconfig, relink with admin option. Still no luck! I am not DBA and this is my VIS instance on R12.1.3 Linux 6.0 OS.

      Thanks

Is the application listener up and running?

I tried all steps but no luck so far.

                      My main issue:
Internal Manager is down and I am not able to bring it up. Few days, internal manager was running and but all other managers were on System Hold and I could not restart them.

Now my internal manager also down and I do not know what is missing.

I tried with system profile GSM value setting to N but no luck.

                      Thanks

                            Did you commit the updates?
I tried with system profile GSM value setting to N but no luck.
You should set it to N, otherwise many of your application components (like OPP) will not work properly.

Can you please run (Concurrent Processing - CCM.sql Diagnostic Script to Diagnose Common Concurrent Manager Issues [ID 171855.1]) and see if it helps?

Did AutoConfig complete successfully with no issues?

I was able to overcome by renaming libgcc file from lib folder. Now, I am able to run cmclean.sql and restarted adcmctl.sh.

I see my internal manager is up and it has actual and target processes as 1. But still my standard manager is not up and it is still showing actual 0 and target 3. When I submit any report, it says inactive, no manager. But when I click restart button for Standard Manager, it is submitting job and completing normal.
Also, my conflict resolution has actual 0 and target 1. It has two pending requests that I am unable to kill them because they are not showing in ccm.sql. I can clearly these two jobs are in Pending/Standby from day one. This may be my problem but I do know.
One program is OAM Applications Dashboard Collections and other one is FNDIRLOAD.

Can you check the CM log file for any errors now?

Also, after running cmclean.sql script, did you commit the updates?

                                    Thanks,
