      hi , guys

my environment is Oracle 11.2.0.3 RAC using SCAN on HP-UX

i execute "lsnrctl status" using 'grid' user, everthing is fine

but when i type the same command using 'oracle' user on NODE2 , it looks strange. (NODE1 don't have this problem)

      sometimes the result looks like:
      ————————————————————————————————————————
      [oracle@F5PRAC01B:/etc]$ lsnrctl status

LSNRCTL for HPUX: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production on *28-JAN-2013 15:51:04*

Copyright (c) 1991, 2011, Oracle. All rights reserved.

      Connecting to (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=)(PORT=1521))
TNS-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist
      TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
TNS-00515: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist
      ————————————————————————————————————————

and sometimes it works no error...
