You can uninstall from ORACLE --> Universal installer --> BI component (middleware/ORACLE_BI) and manually uninstall the weblogic (from start menu)
Hi,1 person found this helpful
It's problem with your Java (i think u deinstalled java before deinstalling obiee11g) can you check it your java and if its not available try to install same java version, same path then try to deinstall obiee part.
Note:if you have permission to registry (delete all obiee, weblogic, java relevant and then reboot your pc after reboot try to remove obiee11g installed physical physical folder, delete obiee DSN (ODBC), delete services from ms_services, remove start menu folder after clean above all then delete TEMP/TMP folder etc..
Thanks for your reply guys,
I was trying to do a inplace upgrade from 126.96.36.199 to 1.6.
That didnt work out where the weblogic failed to start.
I am unable to deinstall the obiee now.
The uninstall of weblogic also doesnt work .. anything to do with the permissions?
From Universal Installer of Oracle11g-->Uninstall products it should work
That didnt work out where the weblogic failed to start. Can you get the adminserver.log and paste here?
The java version and everything else seems correct.
However, i have done a manual deinstall. Thanks for your answers.
