Check the ASM alert log and OS log both the nodes.

Check if Metalink Note 1346332.1 helps you

Check if there is any issue accessing HAIP (High Availability IP).

So far - HAIP is OK
    I will refer metalink DOC.

    Hi,

which version do you try to install? 11.2.0.1?
Are you sure your Solaris OS is exactly the same on both nodes? It looks like there is a difference between the nodes (otherwise it should not have worked on first node).

There is a known bug, which should be solved in 11.2.0.3, so use this for installation.

    Regards
    Sebastian
