Once approved..you can't change requisition..even u can't open them
I guess your are asking this question in general...
In case of requisitions, Mahendar is correct..you cannot change the Doc, once it is approved.
but in case of Purchase Orders, you may need to check for the setup in "Document Types"
Look for the following fields
1) Security Level &
2) Access Level.
based on this setup buyers can access and change the contents on the doc.
No ..... We can made changes to the requisition .
One thing you can also do from core purchasing is that..go to autocreate and return the req...then u can make changes to the req

Yes ... from iprocument using CHANGE button available in the Requisition Tab .
the change requisition .... we again resubmit for re-approval .

Even in the case of iProc..,It should follow the setup in the core Document Types.
we have one more check box called "Approver can Modify"..if this is checked then the approver can only modify.
If uncheced than as per the access and security level other persons in the hierarcy can also modify the doc.
Try to check out.
I have noticed diff functionalities in 11i and R12.
11i, one can change a REJECTED or RETURNED requisition created by someone else.
R12, you must be preparer of the requisition to change it.
