    Do you start OC4J instance ..? Located at Start Menu >> All Programs >> Oracle Developer suite <home_name> >> Forms Developer >> Start OC4J instance..

    If not first start it and then try

    Hope this works...

    Loading http://abc:8889/forms/java/printtext.jar from JAR cache
    This tells me you are using a 3rd party or locally developed Java Bean to perform some type of print function. Is this correct?
    java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: java.io.IOException: open HTTP connection failed.
    Does your printtext.jar Java Bean need to open an HTTP connection in order to print?

    Have you been able to print in the past using this Java Bean? Where did you get the Java Bean?
    RegisterWebUtil - Loading WebUtil Version 10.1.2.0
    Your form appears to be using WebUtil. Has it been successfully configured?

    Honestly, you need to list the following minimum information when you post a question; it gives us all or most of the information we need to help you and it eliminates the need for us to ask for this information. Please always include:
    * Forms Version (eg; 10.1.2.0.0 not 10g)
    * Java Version
    * Client OS version
    * What you were doing when the error occured.

    --> yes

    --> yes, in the morning, i have run the program successfully, and when i tried in the evening, it's not working.

    Your form appears to be using WebUtil. Has it been successfully configured?
    --> yes, the webutil has been successfully configured, i have run webutil demo form, and it worked properly.

    * Forms Version (eg; 10.1.2.0.0 not 10g) --> Forms [32 Bit] Version 10.1.2.0.2
    * Client OS version --> Windows XP
    * What you were doing when the error occured. -
    --> the error occured when i run the oracle form. so from oracle form, i pushed [ctrl]+R after the applet appeared,

    Did you check the web service you call through the URL to see if it was working?

    Also, you forgot to mention your Java version. Is your Java Bean compatible with the client Java version?
