In OIM11gR2 there is a system property OIM.ReconBatchSize
This property is used to specify the batch size for reconciliation. Try reducing it. You must restart Oracle Identity Manager server after setting this property.
By default it will be set to 500

It means that there's some issue with Data of Recon Event.
And there's bug too in OIM 11gR2, if there's problem with one record then it fails the complete batch processing So either verify the data or make that batch size as 1 (one) (Steos given by Durgaprasad ). Restart the server and try again.
The problem is not yet solved.could see the below error in the logs
