I have found a problem which makes it impossible for users to log into OSGD version 4.7.
The problem appears when you use Active Directory authentication and the username or the password contain the Spanish character ñ. Appear login failed, this only happens with users that have the character of ñ.
Is this a known bug?
no known bug. If you have an SGD Support contract/Customer Support Identifier, then I suggest you open a Service Request via My Oracle Support
