Any DML you want perform can be tied to up to 10 seperate transactions, you can control when each one commits, as your doing with your Transaction 1 on the Knowledge module or procedure step.
DDL on the other hand (Drop / create table) will never be controlled in the same way as you cannot rollback or commit DDL in Oracle.

my question Is if I update some rows in step1 ( transaction 1, no commit) can I read the updated value in Interface.
What I am facing is , as soon as the interface starts, it commits the transaction.
Yes if it is done in one transaction, then i believe it will work.
