I found this look up "Lookup.USR_PROCESS_TRIGGERS" which I think will help the automation. If I want to trigger more than one process task, then how do I add the decode?
If you want to trigger more than one task for same field update, just add one more entry to the look up Lookup.USR_PROCESS_TRIGGERS with the same user field but with different process task name.
Also the The update tasks in AD Process Definition are all conditional, but couldn't figure out the condition though
There wont be any condition for these tasks. The condition will be "when the field in process form got updated". It will do this behind the scene.
You need to read design console document.
Thanks that helped a lot. I still have one question, how is PagerUpdated task getting triggered when I update Pager number in Process Form? Also there are no triggers on User's OIM State, though when I enable or disable user in OIM the Resource History shows Enable User and Disable User process tasks in it, how are these being triggered?

If you open those tasks there will be a column called Task Effect. In the drop down you have to select the option either to enable or disable. This acts as the trigger. Please check.
