Errors in alert log and listener log and "alter database mount exclusive"

    kogotok1
      Hello!
      I need a help.
Database 11R2 works under MS Windows Server.
Whwn I start it using Services, according alert log it is started by command "alter database mount exclusive".
      Next - alter database open.
After this, it seams that program, which should put data into database, can not work with it, because I see errors in alert log: ora-12537, 12560, 12535, 12570, 12547.
What does itmean and what to do?

      This is extract from alert_log

          alter database mount exclusive
EXCLUSIVE : allow only the current instance to function.

          Check this thread Please
starting up in shared and exclusive mode

also Post alert log as you see it.

            check also your listener service.

Thank you - I had put extract from alert log in my message.
Main question from me: can it be "exclusive" the reason for errors like this (from alert log)

Fatal NI connect error 12570, connecting to:

I recommend you to check MOS note
Lsnrctl Status is Failing and Alert.log Shows TNS-12537 and ORA-609 [ID 950135.1]

I do not see any problem.
The exclusive mount is bacause the database is not clustered.
Those "Fatal NI connect" messages are not errors (you can suppress them if you want by disabling ADR logging) they are normal for an 11g instance.

                    Thank you.
But in the same time - when I see in alert log those error messages ora -12560, 12537,12535,12570 and so on - clients programs, whiie try to connect, hang up.
For sql plus takes 20 minutes to connect.

May be I have wrong entries in tnslsnr.ora?

                        I think application uses OCI
As far as I know audit disabled

                        So - lsnrctl is Ok?
What can be the reason for application and sql plus hang up?

Thank you - I found this note - but I am completely don't sure that my driver crushes: obviously, SQLPLUS hangs up for 20 minutes, but after this connects to database. Why do you think this is JDBC driver?
