this pretty much looks like as you configured 2 independent clusters.
Can you post an "crsctl stat res" of both nodes?
It also might be that you have a problem with your network setup, or the shared storage setup.
Recheck if you disks are really shared....
Are you using DNS or SCAN entry in /etc/hosts file.
If using DNS check /etc/resolve.conf
Post your hosts file.
Check this for Certified OS: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/install.112/e24326/toc.htm#BHCHGDIE
You were correct . I had a problem in my shared storage . When i created my first node i created the ASM DISKS (shared storage ) for the node and after that i cloned the machine for the second node , but what happened was, the second machine did not have a shared disk but the initially created shared disks ( for the first node ) were cloned to just regular disks . now i deleted all the shared storage from the first node and the cloned machine disks (which is supposed to be a shared storage ) and created a new shared storage and attached to both nodes , and re ran the installer and it worked fine :). Thanks for your help .
Thanks and Regards
