Can you run wfstat.sql for this process and make the output available so that we can check? Do you have any post-notification function associated to the notification?
When i run the wfstat nothing wrong in the info. unable to find the issue.
But, i have narrow down the issue. In the function process in my workfow i am calling a custom function called update_approval_status_new.
In this the value of the respond notification to be updated to a header table of this workflow and insert into events tables.
When i comment these two dml ( update to header status & insert into events ) there is no error.
Can any one tells me can i update and insert custom tables in workflow or not. If I want to do this, what is procedure.
What you describe is something that can be done in a post-notification activity (a PLSQL function associated to the notification activity) so that in it you do any processing after the notification is responded. Should I assume this is what you are doing? If not sure please check the WF Dev guide regarding post-notification activities. Or provide more details on how you are doing that.
I am facing the same issue now. Can you please let us know what was the issue?? and what was the resolution??
