My application was running fine on all network's PC, but now when we click the
browser to connect with server's forms's URL, it shows invalid address i.e.
webpage is not available. All PCs show same error.
1. "Ping" is working well i.e. Networking is fine with client's PC and Server.
2. Same URL address is working fine on server, but not on network's PC.
3. Try with all browsers like IE,Mozila & chrome.
4. Re-install Fusion Middleware 11g R2 Forms & Reports 64-bit.
But error remains the same.
Pl guide me, what should I do? Where is the Error?
Generally speaking, Oracle recommends running OHS in front of WLS for Forms/Reports deployments. By doing this, you can easily use port 80 as the receiving port. This should eliminate the firewall issue in most cases. Further, there is no need to disable the Windows firewall. You simply need to configure a rule which allow whatever port you are attempting to access a path in and out.
The issue has nothing to do with the Oracle software. This is a configuration issue on your machine. If you are not familiar with creating rules or other firewall settings in Windows, I recommend contacting Microsoft or referring to their documentation:
