I am having issue in startup of CCA (Contact Center Anywhere) resources.
I have installed tcpipbus on Linux whereas I am trying to start the CCA resources (Chat Server etc) from Windows (Network Manager)
Resources are not starting and give message unable to start.
tcpipbus is connected successfully to Network manager and I have added the host.
For more information while starting the tcpipbus on Linux I see below message
Further log is not being generated by CCA resources.
Can someone tell me what could be the issue and how to resolve it?
It appears the port 8888 is already in use by another app or the bus is already running. try to identofy the app that is using the 8888 port or just change it to a different port, ensure that you have followed the installation guide and configure all the ftp settings and have added a local HM
