    Blocking public access to Apex admin/workspace

      Hi Apex friends

      4.1 11g Linux oc4j listener 2.0

      I want to block public from going to Apex admin/work space pages (4550 /4500)

      I came across this website which does it , i dont know how to implement it .

          Hi,

          If you use OHS or Apache you can add rewrite rules.

          Also one way is convert to runtime only environment. There is no APEX builder nor APEX instance admin

          Please note that if you convert to runtime enviroment you can not anymore develop in that instance.
          You can only deploy and run applications.
