Firefox doesn't save my login credentials

Firefox doesn't save my login credentials, so I have to enter my password each time I visit the forum.
It's a bit annoying. Tried this on another PC and with IE9, but it's the same. Doesn't look like a caching problem.

Is it just me or this is the way SSO is supposed to work?

Security is supposed to hurt and be inconvenient.

You can google: use firefox to keep login credentials
You should then find directions to make advanced changes in your security settings.

Not SSO. It is an explicit instruction from web server to web browser not to cache form data.

            For overriding it in Firefox:
            http://www.mydigitallife.info/fix-firefox-does-not-save-store-or-remember-password-on-some-sites-permanently-for-always-auto-complete/

Have been using this hack since 2010 for OTN access. Works fine. But risks need to be understood and accepted.

              Thanks Billy,
unfortunately this hack doesn't work anymore ( FF > v5 ), but I found http://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/rememberpass add-on which did the trick.
