Process to obtain a JCE code signing certificate

I'm attempting to follow the instructions located here

by sending an email to the JCA Code Signing Certification Authority at jce-cert-request_ww_grp@oracle.com with the required information and CSR.

However, the email is immediately bounced back from Oracle's servers with a message of

      <jce-cert-request_ww_grp@oracle.com>: host aserp1060.oracle.com[]
      said: 553 5.3.0 <jce-cert-request_ww_grp@oracle.com>... 550:5.7.1 Internal
Lists are not available from the Internet. (in reply to RCPT TO command)

How can I obtain a valid JCE code signing cert?

I have found out some additional information so I thought I would reply to my own request with the answer.

The email alias provided in the current docs do not work. However, if you send an email to jce-cert-request_ww@oracle.com (not jce-cert-request_ww_grp@oracle.com) that should work.

I have been told that a request was made to update the documentation to reflect this change.
