JavaFX 1.3.1 application stopped working via JNLP

    990209
com.sun.deploy.net.FailedDownloadException: Unable to load resource: http://dl.javafx.com/1.3/javafx-rt-windows-i586__V1.3.1_b101a.jar

      wrapped exception is

      java.io.FileNotFoundException: http://dlc-cdn.sun.com/javafx/pgz/javafx-rt-windows-i586__V1.3.1_b101a.jar.pgz

Does it mean that JavaFX 1.3.1 is discontinued and programs in it will not work?
Since it is disallowed in JavaFX license to distribute runtime, this would be very unfortunate step from Oracle.

          Hi,
it was announced 1 year ago that JavaFX 1.x support would end on December 20th 2012.
But, on December 21st 2012, it was announced (https://blogs.oracle.com/javafx/entry/javafx_1_2_and_javafx) that this was extended to end of March 2013. So they should still be available now.

So I would suggest you try to contact javafx4you (Nicolas Lorain) on twitter (@javafx4you) or this forum to ask him about that or try to contact Oracle support directly.

Thanks for the information, I indeed did not know about announcement.
This is lesson for me next time not to use technology where license prohibits distribution of runtime.

My JavaFX 1.3 program works very fine now and I do not have resources to migrate it to JavaFX 2 as advised.
