Oracle VM vs SuSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES)

We run a small Xen-based private cloud using SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 (SLES-11) but other commerical Linux distributions have been proposed (Oracle VM Server & Citrix XenServer).

Our current model is pretty simple: We we currently manage our lab using the Xen command-line tools (xm & xl) and some of the virt tools that come preinstalled with SLES (virt-install, virsh, etc) but we're considering a couple of different orchestration platforms (CloudStack, OpenNebula, etc).

* Will Oracle VM Server work without Oracle VM?
* Will Oracle VM Server work with other orchestration platforms (e.g., CloudStack, OpenNebula, etc)?
* Will Oracle VM Server work with the Xen command-line tools (xm & xl) and some of the virt tools (virt-install, virsh, etc)?

TIA,
Eric P.
