Is Weka one of the tools to do the data-mining - clustering in Java?

I would like to use the clustering algorithm to classified the data into clusters, is there any simpiler method to fulfill my requirement?

What requirement? Or is this just spam?

I know the most direct way to classified the data into clusters are to write the code driectly.
But, I would like to know if there is any simplier method to do it like implement the Weka classes. Thank you!

You don't "implement the Weka classes", that doesn't make sense programming-wise or language-wise.
What you probably can do is use Weka libraries (I assume) to do your data mining things.

But how to do that is outside the scope of this forum.
