I have Oracle 9i(18.104.22.168) Database Schema on Solaris and I want to move it to Oracle 11g R2(22.214.171.124.0) RAC on ASM, OS Solaris using TTS. Please suggest steps/ Referance note which will help me in this.
The minimum required version to move 11.2 version is 126.96.36.199
So if you want to do direct db upgrade, you need to apply patch 188.8.131.52, otherwise use export/import to move data
Kindly refer the below document for more details
To know steps from non-asm to asm
Steps To Migrate/Move a Database From Non-ASM to ASM And Vice-Versa (Doc ID 252219.1)
How to move a datafile from a file system to ASM (Doc ID 390274.1)
I suggest that you use export (exp) - import (imp) to copy the schema from your 9i database to the 11g database.
That the 11g database is RAC on ASM is irrelevant for the purpose of migrating the data.

This approach would only be viable on a small database. This is a non-starter for a VLDB. (In the past, I have worked with a 250TB+ DW for a large telco)... You are not going to do exp/imp for that amount of data.
For LDB or VLDB or VVVLDB you would be advised to do an in-place upgrade to 184.108.40.206->220.127.116.11->11gR2, then backup and restore to ASM.
