I assume you -
- do a page export to some folder,
- then switch to a new workspace and application, and
- then try to import the page code into that application.
What error do you get and when -- in what step of the process -- do you get it. (Remember, you haven't told us the details yet.)
Also, can you make a tiny, trivial 2-page application on apex.oracle.com? Then export the page and try to do the import there. Tell us what errors you get.
What is the extent of the problem?
- Is it broken for one particular page in one particular application/workspace? OR
- Is it broke for every page in every application in every workspace?
Can you try to import an offending page into a trivial application you create on apex.oracle.com and tell us the resulting message there?
Okay. So you have two different applications, each in it's own separate APEX workspace. Right?
Which version of Oracle for each workspace?
Which version of APEX for each workspace?
Is this just one single page being exported?
How many bytes is the export file?
What kinds of APEX regions are on this page? Report? Form? Chart? ... ???
Can you import this page into a dummy application in the same workspace from which it comes? If so, at least that's a start?
Moussa wrote:Correct. Page level export/import using the App Builder is only possible where the workspace and application have the same IDs.
I can't export page from other application in the same or application in another workspace.
any solution ?Perform the import using SQL*Plus or SQL Developer and the <tt>apex_application_install</tt> API.
