@ISLEV returns TRUE or FALSE, not a member list. You'll want to use @RELATIVE instead.1 person found this helpful
Also, you'll need a semicolon after "Geography".
Hope this helps,
Thanks for @RELATIVE, I figured out the semi-colon.
Now the error reads "Cannot calculate dimension member [SELL] with restricted member [SELL]"
I made the Selling member as DynamicCalc (earlier it was StoreData). My calc seems to be fine. Any pointers?
FIX(@RELATIVE(Function,0), @RELATIVE(Geography,0), "Prod_None", "Cha_None")
This error usually occurs when the thing you're trying to calculate (in your case "Selling") is somehow referenced in the FIX statement.
Is "SELL" an alias of "Selling"? Is "Selling" a level zero descendant of Function or Geography?
Actually Sell is the member and Selling is the alias and it is also level0 of Function dim.
In such a case, do I need to take out the Selling from the FIX statement.
Yes. The member you're calculating can not be in the FIX statement.
Thanks Jake. Its working.
