Once a CSI has expired what is the best way to renew it again? On my ULN account I can't seem to find a renew button. If I just buy another Oracle Linux Network Support contract, can I easily transfer my system over?
We simply contacted our Oracle account manager and requested a quote for renewal.
Dealing with (our) procurement is slow, and often painful, process though - so I have not yet received the actual renewal. Which I assume will be confirmation that the CSI's "lifespan" has been extended, and not that a brand new CSI had been issued.
