Doh ! CentOS 6.3 ? Why not Ubuntu or any other unsupported plateform ? I really don't understand the point. Your source OS is OL5.6 and you want to clone to CentOS6.3 ?
Anyway, you seem totally loss whereas sometime just re-install the software may be faster than cloning, especially when you have no clue...

Feel free to do whatever you want, it's your environment after all, but I would want to be there.

dear thanks , but till now i can't solve my issue in oracle linux 5.6 and the destination server is test i just want to do upgrade in my source database
due to i face a bug but i need to test the upgrade before apply it in production so i just install oracle linux 5.6 and i search for oracle 11.2.2 to downloaded
but i can't found it and some of the member here told me do a cloning to oracle home , i do cloning of oracle home and it successfully done but i don't know why it's not work
some of the member here told me must install gcc packages but my test server is not register , this is all the story so i go with centos due to i can install all the packages that i want
and then test the upgrade if it is work i delete everything from the test and go a head with a production.

Using an OS version that is different than your production version to test a database upgrade (or any other upgrade, for that matter) is a bad idea.

Use the public yum server to get RPM updates - http://public-yum.oracle.com/

You have not completed all of the steps to start using yum to download RPM updates

    >
    3. Enable the appropriate repository by editing the yum configuration file

Open the yum configuration file in a text editor
Locate the section in the file for the repository you plan to update from, e.g. [el4_u6_base]
    Change enabled=0 to enabled=1

    4. Begin using yum, for example:

    yum list

    yum install firefox
    >

Make the changes in Step 3, then install appropriate version of gcc using yum, then try and re-link the Oracle software

Looks like there were errors in downloading the RPMs - you will have to retry the command

Maybe because it's 11.2.*0*.2 ? Or 11.2.*0*.3 ? And you are saying about cloning, but where it is coming from ?
Anyway, all patches and bug fixes are available on MOS. If you have no access to there, you certainly have no right to use patch, and the given suggestion by some members is just wrong.

After you original thread and 20+ posts, this one is also about 20+ posts, we will reach the end of the help which can be done. Time to go to discuss to your manager and get MOS access to work properly. You can read some Linux/Oracle docs in the meantime.
