Hi. Thanks for your response. I did see that note, but it applies to 11i, not R12. I could not find that profile option in R12.

Thanks for the response. I made visible the profile option, and though I made it visible/updatable to all, I can now only set it at the site level. Yet after setting at the site level, the Add Value Sets does not appear. Do I need to bounce anything?
