We're using OLM for internal training purpose. Most of the classes are free of charges. However, for certain professional development class taken by teachers. The learners (teachers) need to pay the fee by themselves. I've reviewed OLM user/implementation manuals. OM seems an overkill and it's for for-profit training. I was thinking using Paypal within OLM but I was told it's not supported with OLM. I'm seeking your opinion.
I plan to use payroll deduction to allow employees to pay the fee if there is no better way. Of course, we need to develop a concurrent program to capture data in OLM and create deduction element entry.
