Pl post details of OS, database and EBS versions. What has changed since this last worked successfully ? Pl see this MOS Doc for a possible resolution

The Internal Concurrent manager will mark this request as having completed with an error.Please refer to the concurrent anager or the Internal Concurrent manager log files for the cause of the errorPlease see if (Mails are not Received Using Delivery Option while Submitting Concurrent Request In R12.1.3 [ID 1339491.1]) is applicable.
Please also clean FND_NODES and run AutoConfig then cmclean.sql script and check then.

How to get a clean Autoconfig Environment ? [ID 391406.1]
Please try the following:
- Stop all concurrent managers and wait 5-10 mins and check all are down.
- Run the procedure from Note 134007.1
- Start all concurrent managers again
If this does not help provide any specifics/changes done before the issue started.
